Sarah--the economic benefit to EV buses. What figure are you using for the cost of electricity? The cost of kWhr?
Lori Pampell Clark
01:05:03
James, NCTCOG/DFW Clean Cities is the hosting organization (we are wearing both hats today); EVNT is an initiative under DFW Clean Cities. RISE is a NCTCOG committee led by E&D, but my team partners with E&D on all RISE efforts. Thus, all initiatives roll up to NCTCOG as the overarching organization. Staff in my team support all the efforts you mentioned, so there is a lot of internal cross-pollination. Hope this helps.

Thanks re. orgs question.

With that diagram, there were floor tracks. Can the seats be removed to allow more wheelchairs?
Andrew Bish

Yes
James Orenstein
01:10:08
Logistics question: If I log in on a computer, will I be able to save the chat (I think it depends on the meeting settings and I’m currently joining on Smartphone which never has this option)? Thanks for your patience and hoping this question is of general interest.

@Jason Gillis - aggregate electricity prices are measured in USD/ kWh. We used a rate calculator to estimate the volumetric price associated with charging an electric vehicle and created a range of prices under several different tariffs. Does that answer your question?
Jason Gillis
01:23:30
Yes, Sarah---thank you. So, it's basically an average, correct. So, for a cheaper electric rate, those would save even more.

Just a reminder, Texas has numerous opportunities for school district to apply for electric school bus funding. I'll will give a brief overview of the TERP and VW Programs in Texas during the January 13th webinar.

I hope I’m not “throwing him under the bus”, but in an earlier webinar Eric Daniels put out his info as Oncor New Construction contact for EV infrastructure. He’s apparently not in the actual distributed generation interconnection group for questions about exporting to the grid, but can forward to them. I also don’t understand if his area includes upgrade projects. That said:Eric Daniels, Engineer, Oncor, New Construction Management, 4530 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX 75206, Joseph.Daniels@oncor.com .

Any questions after the webinar directed to Motiv, I can be reached at andrew.bish@motivps.com
Lori Pampell Clark
02:18:03
@James, keep in mind that not all EV bus projects will necessarily export to the grid. Eric is the best starting point.

02:18:33
Does anyone have suggestions for contacts with Denton Municipal ELectric, CoServ, and Garland Power & Light re. infrastructure & interconnection?
Lori Pampell Clark
