What smoothing tolerance did you use for your contour lines and did you experience any processing issues related to memory limitation?
Ruchi Basnet
01:00:57
we used adaptive filtering of value 1
Ruchi Basnet
01:01:22
we had to use a minimum of 64 GB memory

Tim, it'd be cool to list the top 3 lowest wait-times by distance!!!
thomas konzel
01:22:06
...in Alexa.
MO ALVARADO
01:25:02
Tim, did you use the ArcGIS AppStudio to develop your voting app for Colin Co?
Pamela Kersh
01:33:48
*hand clapping* :-)
thomas konzel
01:35:59
Yes, I agree Pam. This is quite an insightful app and highlights how far the technology has progressed. Love the analysis, Tim.
Pamela Kersh
01:37:01
Blend Modes are here and they’re pretty awesome

01:40:55
Tim, I am blown away by these election results tools! How big is your team and how long did this project take to develop? That is a ton of data that you organized and visualized.
Ravi Devulapalli
01:42:07
Awesome presentation, Tim! Thanks.Do you have any numbers on actual population growth in Collin County relative to increase in voter turnout?
Ruchi Basnet
01:42:47
Thanks Tim. Great presentation!
Olesya Powers
01:48:11
Awesome Tim! Thanks so much!
MO ALVARADO
01:48:19
Very cool stuff. Thank you!
Tim Nolan
01:59:36
David: How often are you scraping the DSHS data? Do they post there data at the same time each day?
David Allen
02:01:51
They post daily around 2 pm. These examples were early on and now DSHS has taken over all of the GIS work. This site is where that is all posted: https://dshs.texas.gov/coronavirus/additionaldata/
Tim Nolan
02:09:08
David: Has your Health Care Facilities app found wide use? Who's using it?
David Allen
02:09:58
It's mostly used by TDEM for planning purposes. Right now you see that Dallas is reaching the limit of ICU beds and they check this data to see what's available.
Tim Nolan
02:10:42
Fantastic. Good stuff David.
Tim Nolan
02:12:17
David: Is that state considering SNS locations for vaccine distribution?
David Allen
02:12:59
There is a Part 2 to this video that goes into Survey 123 and Dashboards … http://gisguidebooks.com/behind-the-scenes-with-disaster-response/
Ruchi Basnet
02:18:49
thanks David

Nextdoor?
Tim Nolan
02:52:55
Has this type of work increase your relationship with the city?
Pamela Kersh
02:53:18

Thanks Thomas, Shari and Sunny :)
Shari Forbes
03:20:15
So Collin, Denton & Kaufaman Counties are 2011 Lidar. Will 2020 be available for those?
Tim Nolan
03:20:39
Are your WMS' on prem or cloud (AWS, etc.)?
Gayla Mullins
03:21:39
Shari yes, check out the map here https://www.tnris.org/stratmap/elevation-lidar/ for exact coverage of the 2020 lidar. We expect those to be available Feb 2021 timeframe.
Tim Nolan
03:21:40
Are you working with Appraisal Districts for parcels?
Ravi Devulapalli
03:22:04
How current is the address point data and how frequently is it updated?
Gayla Mullins
03:22:31
AWS for all TNRIS WMS except the Texas Imagery Service which is in the Google Cloud Platform.
Gayla Mullins
03:23:15
Absolutely, we are working with all appraisal districts in Texas and their vendors.
Lauren Kirk
03:24:54
Ravi, every vendor or government entity is different. Generally speaking, the address point data we have in house right now from 2020 was gathered in January-March 2020 timeframe
Shelley Broyles
03:26:32
Fun event!
thomas konzel
04:35:18
Can't see Brett's screen, if he's presenting.
Shelley Broyles
04:36:49
All good
Beni Patel
04:44:45
What is the horizontal accuracy of the imagery?
Tim Nolan
04:46:52
Will we be able to share these images within our own app to the public?
thomas konzel
04:54:09
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: The added value in Nearmap, while you do get the imagery 3x per year, is the speed of collection, processing, and delivery, the absence of storage on the consumer side (unless downloaded), and the accessibility to WMS and WMS-T services and API's. We implemented the WebApp Builder widget to add their oblique imagery to WAB web mapping applications. We didn't realize how valuable this was until we implemented most of their services.
thomas konzel
04:54:56
Can you show the help section for adding the services and APIs?
Tim Nolan
04:56:04
If Collin County wants 3D for McKinney and McKinney has already purchased it - do we have to buy it again?
Tim Nolan
04:56:53
Do you have a public listing of all the add-ons that are not part of the MSA?
Shelley Broyles
04:56:54
Yes, the pricing is set up for one entity use only.
David Allen
04:58:33
Can I overlay my own data in your browser, such as parcel lines?
thomas konzel
04:59:42
This is available in the ESRI Marketplace and can be added to your basemap gallery in AGO and Portal.
Pamela Kersh
05:00:22
Thank you Tom - here is the Marketplace link https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis-marketplace/products?data=Data&q=nearmap
Tim Nolan
05:04:28
When will this be available to the region?
Pamela Kersh
05:04:30
Awesome presentation!
thomas konzel
05:04:55
What are the next steps?
Tim Nolan
05:05:50
Will that include full Collin & Denton Counties?
Bret Fenster
05:06:06
great presentation- looking forward to the release - Thanks!
Bruno Blanco
05:06:18
Are there plans to expand the current DFW coverage to the entire NCTCOG area?
Bruno Blanco
05:07:10
Very cool, thanks!
Brett Clark
05:08:24
Thanks Everyone!
thomas konzel
05:22:10
Very cool, Pam. I took the drone mapping class at Brookhaven a few years back and Drone2Map was very intuitive and easy to use and created some very surprising output.
Pamela Kersh
05:23:21
Thanks Tom!!
Pamela Kersh
05:25:18
No - Drone2Map (Desktop Solution) compliments SiteScan (SAAS Solution)
Pamela Kersh
05:26:11
They all work seamlessly stand alone, or with ArcGIS Enterprise
Tim Nolan
05:28:55
Are most drones equipt with IR cameras?
Beni Patel
05:29:10
Thanks Pam - love the seamless integration
Julius Moore
05:29:15
Are there dangers when flying drones?
Tim Nolan
05:31:05
Is there a pilot user group?
Ruchi Basnet
05:31:07
Thanks Pam.
Bret Fenster
05:31:41
Good info - Thanks, Pam! : )
Pamela Kersh
05:31:58
Thanks all!
Tim Nolan
06:01:42
How is Esri licensing handled in a cloud env that moves resources as needed?
thomas konzel
06:03:41
Jon, it's great to see that the Woolpert Cloud service is available. Was this solution for Panama City geared specifically to Cityworks AMS or to their entire enterprise GIS? If the former, what did they do with their other enterprise data like parcels, roads, boundaries, and similar data not related to Cw AMS? I didn't whether or not the entire GIS was migrated.
thomas konzel
06:18:13
Great, thank you. That's very helpful, Jon.
Pamela Kersh
06:49:34
Loved the 2D visualization - thank you Tessellations!
